Project overview
Oblique Act is a prompt generation tool inspired by Brian Eno and Peter Schmidt's Oblique Strategies. Where the original redirects thinking, this redirects the body. Each prompt pairs a question with a physical instruction — print it out, and do it.
Challenges
The language had to be spare enough that the physical instruction didn't compete with the verbal one — each generated sentence isolates a single verb, and the printout translates that verb into something you can do in the room you're in. Not a metaphor, an action.

Results
A tool that generates paired prompts — one for the mind, one for the body — formatted for print. The prompt is the thought. The printout is the act.
